When New Zealand moved to Alert Level 4 in August, Chef Simon Gault quickly started thinking about how to keep his team employed while at the same time, bringing new culinary experiences to Kiwis. Chef Gault set out to create a unique at-home cocktail range that did not compromise on flavour but, rather, brought premium flavours found nowhere else to homes across the country.

“The Melon Martini is spectacularly handcrafted with Melon du Quercy from France enhanced with Hexton Tawari Honey and, of course, my personal favourite - the Raspberry Margarita. It’s made with a blend of the world’s superior varieties of raspberries, Willamette & Mecker, that are sourced from Serbia. A dash of lime juice adds the zing, while Cointreau and tequila deliver the punch. It’s delicate and sweet yet packed with personality.”
