It’s wintertime - and if you’re a fan of pasta (I mean who isn’t), then we have incredible news for you. We  present to you, Morell Bistro.

 

Located in the beautiful suburb of Remuera lies an explosion of Maori and Italian culture waiting for you to feast on. Morell’s menu will have you absolutely salivating with their extensive menu consisting of dishes from both local and Italian cuisine. 

 

Owners Daniel and Sarah Morini have come together not only to create the perfect couple, but the perfect hospitality duo. Their understanding of Maori culture, and how kai brings together whanau ensures there is love and care taken to create such amazing dishes. Their understanding of flavour is out of this world and is evident inevery dish.

 

Truffle season is alive at Morelland they’re celebrating with two iconic dishes. First up – their crayfish ravioli – a beautiful combination of high-class seafood with rich smooth ravioli pastry. This beautiful dish comes with Crème fraiche, dill, chive butter sauce and truffle salt - YUM. Next up is the spinach tortellini –beautiful morsels stuffed with spinach, ricotta, pine nuts and covered in a decadent nutmeg truffle sauce.
