CHANDELIER LOUNGE HIGH TEA BY TWG
WINTER HIGH TEA
Celebrate the winter season with a beautiful High Tea by Cordis with TWG, in the warmth of the Chandelier Lounge.
Savoury delights include gin cured salmon with compressed cucumber; duck rillettes with orange chutney and dried mandarin; and mushroom ricotta panna cotta with a truffle glaze, pickled radish and rosemary cracker.
For sweet tooths, there's a delectable pistachio mousse; rhubarb and hazelnut éclair; orange crémeux and ginger bitter chocolate with salted caramel.
Delicate sandwiches and freshly made scones served with artisan jams and clotted cream complete the experience, along with a delicious mint julep welcome mocktail. The signature scone for winter is date and cinnamon.
A premium range of exclusive teas is available from luxury tea brand TWG or add a sparkle to your celebration with a glass of Louis Roederer Brut Premier Champagne.

WINTER WARMERS
Eight is heating things up this winter with an array of winter comfort food!
Indulge in a variety of food that will warm your belly and soul, including slow cooked beef casserole, pasta of the day with truffle sauce, chicken a’la king, smoked brisket, nice warm crumbles, honey glazed parsnip and roasted brussel sprouts with cranberry and nuts.
You can also purchase a delicious mulled wine to complete your dinner experience.
Available for lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Sunday, you can enjoy a host of delicious dishes including great vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options, along with hearty favourites to ensure you don’t leave hungry!

WINTER INDULGENCE AT CHUAN SPA
Place a focus on your wellness this winter and treat yourself to a day of luxury at Chuan Spa, with their new winter indulgence package.
Relax and unwind this winter with a hot stone back, neck and shoulder massage, followed by a soothing head massage with warmed Chinese herbs to melt away tension and then a nourishing lower leg and foot massage.
Finally, enjoy a moment of calm and relaxation with a warmed ginger tea. You can also come early to your appointment and enjoy the heated roof-top pool, spa pool, sauna and herbal steam room, getting your skin in its optimal state for your massage.
