Their loaves are baked fresh daily on site at their two bakeries in Hastings and Silverdale. The bread is delivered direct to stockists, to your door, or purchased through their newly opened bakery outlet/eatery in Britomart station, central city Auckland.
A New Zealand owned and operated company since 2016, Scott and Ruth have grown the business from a small stand-alone bakery in Hastings with their tried and tested recipes of incredible gluten-free breads, to two bakeries and a retail store as well as a pumping wholesale side of the business.
Faith in the product has been their main driving force. The business is run from the heart rather than the bottom line, with a strong focus on their primary goal - helping the most people possible. Their ‘Wild and Free’ Sunflower and Sesame loaf or the ‘Wild and Nutty’ Walnut and Manuka loaf are just so good, but our top pick is their Sourdough and Rosemary loaf which is perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunches, and dinner. It's also ideal for dipping in olive oil and balsamic vinegar or dukkha.
